Medivision FOUNDER
& MANAGEMENT
An accomplished pan-ophthalmologists in India and abroad, founded Medivision in 1993. He served as president of Andhra Pradesh Ophthalmological Society and also tenured as a professor at Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital.
Dr Ravi Kumar has the unique distinction of performing 1,00,000 ocular surgeries- a feat of its kind. He was also among the first to bring and popularise Phacoemulsification technology for cataract surgery -to the combined state of Andhra Pradesh.
To add another feather to his cap, he is also the first doctor to perform 'Small Incision Cataract Surgery' and ' Scleral Fixated IntraOcular Lens Implantation' at Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, Hyderabad.
Dr. K. Ravi Kumar Reddy
The co-Director of Medivision Eye & Health Care Centre Pvt. Ltd, Dr Rupak Kumar Kondreddy started to practice Ophthalmology under his father Dr Ravi Kumar Reddy at Medivision Eye & Health Care Centre, right after finishing his M.S.
He is the founder of the Medivision Lasik Centre. He is an adept Phaco and Refractive surgeon, and also the first person to use MEL 80 Excimer Laser with CRS master in the city of Hyderabad.
He is the first person to perform femtosecond laser cataract surgery with CATALYS in Hyderabad.
